Both. I’m open to full-time and long-term contract roles as a Senior Product Designer, and I take on freelance projects for SaaS and AI products.
For freelance work, it starts with a short call to understand your product, your users and what success looks like. From there I send a clear scope and timeline, share progress every week, and you work with me directly the whole way, from the first call to final handoff to your developers.
I don’t stop at the screens. I use AI to research, prototype and even automate parts of the product process, like the skill I built to keep help articles in sync with every release.
I also like to ship in slices: find the highest-signal problem, solve it now, and learn before the bigger build.
And I work closely with engineering from day one, so what I design is something the team can actually ship.
A design is successful when the numbers and the users agree.
I track the metrics that matter to the business, like adoption, task completion, time on task and retention, and pair them with user feedback to understand the why behind the numbers.
At Pipefy, the Usage Stats dashboard I designed helped reduce churn by 40%, and one client told us they were relieved to finally stop getting surprise bills. At Private Flight Global, a redesigned ordering flow cut ordering time by 40% and clicks by 60%, and 75% of crew preferred it. When the data and the people tell the same story, I know a design is working.
